BIM Manager – Lead Digital Delivery for Complex Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced BIM Manager (or Assistant BIM Manager) to lead end‑to‑end digital delivery of large, multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role will define, implement and enforce BIM processes, ensuring Employer's Information Requirements are met and clash‑free models are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM and digital delivery strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Define BIM processes, workflows and information management procedures in compliance with ISO 19650 and BS 1192.
• Oversee creation and coordination of federated BIM models for all project phases, using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
• Act as primary BIM contact for internal teams, clients, contractors and consultants, coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore BIM teams.
• Provide BIM input for bids and tenders, including methodology, resource planning and fee estimates.
• Establish QA/QC processes, conduct model audits and ensure compliance with standards and statutory regulations.
• Assess training needs and deliver BIM tool training (Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, CDE platforms).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field (Architecture preferred).
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP) and advanced BIM qualification (e.g., Master’s in Global BIM Management).
• Minimum 8 years of BIM management experience (or 10 + years as a BIM Manager) on large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing distributed BIM teams across multiple regions.
