Biomedical Engineer (Saudi Nationals) – Jeddah

About the role

As a Biomedical Engineer you will provide technical support to Imdad's clients through installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment. You will handle field calls, generate detailed reports, and promote service contracts in line with the sales plan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturers' specifications and Imdad's SLA.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Complete accurate reporting using FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and supplier forms.
• Identify and convey service contract opportunities to the department head.
• Promote Imdad's service contracts while adhering to the sales plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0‑2 years of service experience and a minimum score of 80% on Imdad's technical exam.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Required skills

• Strong electronics technical background.
• Knowledge of biomedical electronics.
• Mechatronic engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting.
