About the role
Aala Tech is looking for a BMS Engineer with commissioning or maintenance experience to join its team in Riyadh. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting building management systems, including Alerton by Honeywell.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on the BMS.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and fine-tune system performance for HVAC, lighting and other integrated services.
- Diagnose system alarms, faults and communication issues.
- Coordinate with onsite facility management and other technical teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in BMS.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and communication protocols.
- BMS commissioning or maintenance experience.
