BMS Engineer (Alerton by Honeywell)

About the role

Aala Tech is looking for a BMS Engineer with commissioning or maintenance experience to join its team in Riyadh. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting building management systems, including Alerton by Honeywell.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on the BMS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and fine-tune system performance for HVAC, lighting and other integrated services.
• Diagnose system alarms, faults and communication issues.
• Coordinate with onsite facility management and other technical teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in BMS.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and communication protocols.
• BMS commissioning or maintenance experience.
