Brand and Communication Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to shape HungerStation’s brand experience across all digital touchpoints. The role will own the top‑of‑funnel brand strategy, visual identity and end‑to‑end media planning to boost top‑of‑mind awareness and overall brand health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern a holistic brand experience, seasonal visual direction and identity guidelines for the app and related assets.
• Collaborate with Product, Food Marketing, QC Marketing and other functions to ensure new features launch with clear brand identity.
• Translate campaign objectives into media plans, KPIs, targeting strategies and channel allocations, and enforce rigorous tracking and attribution standards.
• Challenge agency recommendations, optimise media mix and establish best‑practice standards for campaign setup and performance measurement.
• Monitor brand‑health metrics such as top‑of‑mind awareness, consideration, preference, sentiment and share of voice, and act on budget variances.
• Analyse campaign results, produce actionable insights and feed them into future communication strategies.
• Manage media agency relationships to ensure timely, high‑quality execution and minimise delays.
• Contribute to division OKRs, align with other function heads and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brand strategy and communication for a consumer‑facing digital product.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret and act on brand‑health and media performance data.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence product and marketing teams.
• Experience managing external agencies and driving efficient media planning processes.
