About the role
As a Brand Manager at P&G you will steer the marketing and brand strategy for our portfolio in Saudi Arabia, driving growth and consumer impact. You will work in a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued.
Key responsibilities
- Lead P&L investment decisions to maximize regional profitability.
- Own and execute the Integrated Brand Plan.
- Provide consumer insights and design plans to win with key customers and channels.
- Identify consumer needs and translate them into product concepts.
- Lead consumer research to develop qualified brand concepts, benefits, and claims.
- Communicate with local market partners, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive business initiatives.
- Deliver business targets, category growth, and market penetration.
- Execute product launches with excellence and manage customer marketing support plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
- Strong leadership, strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
