Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Flow is building a new kind of living experience across the MENA region and needs a hands‑on Brand Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life on social platforms. You will translate regional strategy into scroll‑stopping content, creator partnerships and a vibrant day‑to‑day social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the KSA social and content plan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Produce short‑form video, reels, stories and behind‑the‑scenes content on‑location and at events.
• Collaborate with the social media team on calendars, scheduling and platform strategy.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, including vendor coordination and on‑site production.
• Recruit, vet and manage influencer partnerships, negotiate deliverables and nurture relationships.
• Work with Events to turn influencer events into shareable content.
• Support creation of brand toolkits, templates, sales materials and signage.
• Assist B2B partnership development with co‑branded content and joint activations.
• Translate large‑scale campaigns into content opportunities and track performance.
• Manage timelines and light budgets for owned activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in social media, content or influencer marketing, preferably for a consumer brand in the MENA region.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube operate in the MENA market.
• Strong instinct for trends and a bias for action.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing using CapCut, Premiere or similar tools.
• Content creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
