Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are building a MENA marketing team for Flow, a technology‑driven real‑estate brand, and need a mobile‑first, content‑first Brand Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life across social platforms. This hands‑on role will translate regional strategy into scroll‑stopping content, creator partnerships and daily social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the KSA social and content plan, creating platform‑native posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video, reels, stories and behind‑the‑scenes content on location and at events.
• Collaborate with the social media team on content calendars, scheduling and platform strategy.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, including vendor coordination, shot‑list creation and on‑site production.
• Recruit, vet and manage influencer partnerships: identify talent, negotiate deliverables, review output and nurture relationships.
• Work with the Events team to turn influencer events into shareable content.
• Support the creation of brand toolkits, templates, sales materials, presentation decks and signage.
• Assist B2B partnership development with co‑branded content, partner marketing and joint activations.
• Translate large‑scale campaigns into content opportunities and track performance.
• Report insights to leadership and manage timelines and light budgets for owned activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in social media, content or influencer marketing, preferably for a consumer brand in MENA.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong instinct for trends, bias for action and deep knowledge of the MENA social landscape.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing personally created vertical video content.
