Broker Sales Administrator

About the role

The Broker Sales Administrator will oversee the end‑to‑end administration of broker sales operations, ensuring contracts, orders and financial transactions are accurately managed and compliant with Saudi and international regulations. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, finance, logistics and inventory departments to support seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, store and retrieve broker sales documents (contracts, order forms, service agreements) ensuring audit readiness.
• Coordinate placement and processing of broker sales orders with sales, inventory and logistics teams to meet client specifications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date broker client database, tracking contact details, purchase history and preferences.
• Generate monthly and quarterly sales performance reports, analysing revenue, client engagement and forecasting trends.
• Process invoicing, payments and credit control for broker sales in line with financial policies.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international trade laws affecting broker activities.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to improve service offerings.
• Monitor vehicle inventory levels, conduct quarterly audits and allocate stock to fulfill broker orders.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports on vehicle availability, turnover and status.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, finance, logistics and inventory teams.
• Knowledge of Saudi commercial regulations and international trade compliance.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
