Building Management Systems Engineer

About the role

The Building Management Systems Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and optimisation of building management systems across our facilities in Saudi Arabia. This position requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire safety and related mechanical systems, as well as the ability to lead a technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 12+ technicians in BMS operation and maintenance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC, chillers, pumps, lighting, fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Execute reactive maintenance, commissioning, snagging and defect liability period (DLP) activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client service expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or B‑Tech degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory role within BMS, hard services or facilities management.
• Strong command of English.
