Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure that requirements are captured accurately and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
• Study existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Participate in gap analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Follow up on implementation, support testing, and verify alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and satisfactory deliverables.
• Support product launches and continuous improvement through analysis and impact measurement.

Required profile

• At least four years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
