Business Architect (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Business Architect for an on-site position in Saudi Arabia, within the SMP department. The Business Architect bridges business strategy and technology solutions, working with stakeholders to analyse processes, systems and data so that business needs match technology capabilities. The role involves defining business architecture strategies, creating roadmaps and documenting business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy, operating models and processes into business architecture artifacts that guide enterprise initiatives and technology alignment.
• Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks supporting long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and develop aligned solutions.
• Analyse and document current business processes to find improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Work closely with IT teams so that technology solutions support business strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep business architecture relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis or a related role.
• Proven stakeholder management and clear communication of complex ideas.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and solving complex business challenges.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Business process modelling and improvement techniques.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman are an advantage.
