Field Sales Representative (Khobar)

About the role

Nestlé KSA is hiring a Field Sales Representative (FSR) for Khobar, covering the Qassim area. The FSR owns and delivers sales for their assigned area by building relationships with customers and retail staff to meet short- and long-term targets, focusing on the overall value of retail (sales, displays, new items and core distribution). The ideal candidate lives in Khobar and the Damam area.

Key responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and get maximum support for promoted products, and sell additional products based on opportunities seen.
• Work with targeted customers to run business reviews that drive volume.
• Manage spending responsibly, collect payments from customers on time and report competitive price changes and promotions.
• Ensure pricing compliance at retail level and fix competitive pricing issues.
• Find and correct out-of-stocks and voids, merchandise products to meet schematic compliance, rotate stock and handle unsellable goods.
• Maintain good relations with department and store-level staff and pass retail market insights to management.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong oral and written communication, selling and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze financial, inventory and retail data and use appropriate selling techniques.
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to travel; the ideal candidate lives in Khobar and the Damam area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with other POS systems.
