Business Development Assistant Manager

About the role

Wafy is building Saudi Arabia's leading marketplace for entertainment, tourism, and experiences. We are looking for a Business Development Assistant Manager to expand our supply side by acquiring and activating high‑quality experience providers across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a vendor acquisition pipeline covering entertainment, tourism, hospitality, sports, culture, wellness and related categories.
• Identify, approach and acquire new partners throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements and close deals.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and strategic partners.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, providing regular growth forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product and Vendor Success teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
• Represent Wafy at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing commercial partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially in entertainment, tourism, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
