About the role
The Business Development Executive will work on‑site in Riyadh, driving new business opportunities for TMC’s hazardous waste management solutions. You will build a strong pipeline of prospects across industrial, commercial and governmental sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information and pipeline status.
- Represent TMC at industry events, presenting capabilities to potential clients.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability in new business development and lead generation.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of B2B or governmental contract structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
