Business Development Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, the role will focus on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and delivering revenue targets in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across KSA through market research, networking and direct customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants, contractors and industry partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, coordinating with the sales team and documenting activities in CRM.
• Continuously improve the sales workflow and propose innovative ideas to enhance business development efforts.
• Document all BD activities, client interactions and market insights using CRM tools and reporting structures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assess potential risks associated with business development activities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support strategic plans by contributing to market expansion, revenue growth and brand positioning in KSA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferably within technology, industrial or access‑solution sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, business culture and industry trends.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
