Business Development Internship

About the role

Maven Insights is seeking motivated fresh Saudi graduates to join its Commercial Strategy team as Business Development Interns. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to proposal development, bid management, and market research within a boutique management consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and RFP responses.
• Gather technical, commercial, and administrative inputs from internal teams for proposal packages.
• Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain proposal records, sales pipeline data, and CRM information.
• Conduct market, client, competitor, and procurement research to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor procurement portals and tender platforms for fresh opportunities.
• Assist with vendor registrations, supplier pre‑qualification, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Update CRM records with client contacts and opportunity status.
• Prepare business development reports and proposal performance summaries.

Required profile

• Fresh Saudi graduate from a Business Administration faculty of a top university.
• Motivated and able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
