Business Development Manager – Fitness & Wellness Events

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of Inter Aviation Arabia’s fitness and wellness events in Saudi Arabia. You will secure strategic partnerships, attract sponsors and exhibitors, and expand the event’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fitness and wellness industry.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within events, fitness, or wellness sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and regional business practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Capable of working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
