Business Development Manager – Gift Cards

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Gift Cards will drive growth of the gift‑card portfolio across physical, digital and partner channels, with a strong focus on expanding B2B sales. You will support sales targets, manage partner relationships and ensure smooth day‑to‑day program operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators and distributors to grow B2B business.
• Prepare proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner customers.
• Maintain sales pipeline, account activity and performance dashboards.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients, including onboarding, documentation and system setup.
• Coordinate contracts, invoicing and compliance with Finance and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch campaigns, seasonal promotions and partner‑specific initiatives.
• Oversee daily gift‑card program operations such as issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.
• Monitor key metrics (sales, redemptions, breakage, channel performance) and provide insights to optimise growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships or account management, preferably in retail, loyalty or payments.
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
