Business Development Manager – Government Relations (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh to lead government‑related activities for its diagnostics portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, building strong relationships with public authorities, and supporting commercial growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, ministries and regulatory bodies.
• Act as the main liaison between Siemens Healthineers and external public stakeholders.
• Manage all government‑related processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour, immigration and commercial laws.
• Support sales teams with strategic opportunities, tender strategies and major bids.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Applications, Service and Supply Chain to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand customer relationships and support key account management.
• Maintain sales pipeline forecasts and CRM data.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Laboratory sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational healthcare company.
• Strong understanding of Saudi government procedures and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle time‑sensitive documentation and liaise effectively with authorities.
