Business Development Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth strategy for the Makkah Region Cluster, focusing on expanding hospital and medical centre services. You will build and nurture relationships with corporate, governmental, insurance, and healthcare partners to drive patient volume and new service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Business Development strategy for the Makkah Region.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including service lines, clinics, and partnerships.
• Establish referral networks with physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Medical Leadership, and Marketing to close service gaps and launch campaigns.
• Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
• Prepare monthly reports on pipeline, revenue impact, and performance.
• Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Support tender submissions and strategic proposals for public and private sectors.
• Utilise CRM data to uncover unrealised growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Commercial Strategy, or Healthcare Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
