Business Development Manager - IAM Solutions, KSA Market

About the role

A company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role covers IAM business across four GCC countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain) and is based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and a proven record of growing business and building client relationships; experience in the Saudi market is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, focusing on IAM solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the Saudi market.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader.
• Report regularly to senior management on business development progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business development experience in the cybersecurity industry, focused on IAM solutions.
• Proven experience in the Saudi market (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, especially IAM technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia to major cities.
• Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
