About the role
Mazeed is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will own the full‑cycle sales process, build strategic partnerships and act as the company’s face in the KSA market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, qualify and close new business opportunities across the SME segment in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Identify, negotiate and activate strategic partnerships with referral partners, resellers, technology integrators and accounting firms.
- Manage the existing partner ecosystem to drive co‑selling and pipeline generation.
- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan for KSA aligned with Mazeed’s overall growth strategy.
- Represent Mazeed at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to relay market feedback.
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell within the existing customer base and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required profile
- 6–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in accounting, finance software or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of the SME market in Saudi Arabia and the needs of business owners, CFOs and finance decision‑makers.
- Proven ability to close deals independently and manage partnerships.
- Familiarity with ZATCA regulations, VAT and the KSA compliance landscape is a strong advantage.
