About the role
Bisher & Partners is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the marketing and commercial mandate of its integrated platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape how the firm is positioned across Saudi Arabia, translate brand equity into measurable growth, and guide a high‑performing marketing and commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- Advance and defend the brand, sharpening differentiation against established competitors.
- Make the five‑arm offering clear and compelling to senior institutional buyers.
- Lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and contribute personally to execution.
- Direct the firm’s content, digital, and institutional presence.
- Build authority through thought leadership, earned media, and participation in key conferences and forums.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that extend the firm’s reach.
- Open new commercial channels to support pipeline and revenue growth.
- Connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and commercial team.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of marketing or commercial leadership experience in B2B or professional services.
- Proven ability to position complex, high‑value services to senior buyers across long, relationship‑led sales cycles.
- Demonstrated skill in building differentiation against larger, better‑resourced competitors.
