Business Development Manager

About the role

Nextwo is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Riyadh office in a full‑time, hybrid capacity. The role focuses on identifying and securing new partnership and revenue opportunities for AI‑powered product development across startups, enterprises and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and clients.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and support negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design offerings, events and initiatives that attract partners.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, track performance metrics and deliver regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership management with a track record of closing growth‑focused deals.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools for proposal creation, research, content or analysis and genuine enthusiasm for AI‑driven product development.
• Strong market research, opportunity analysis and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the Saudi or GCC tech ecosystem and networks with startups, corporates or innovation hubs is a plus.
