Business Development Manager

About the role

As the Business Development Manager at dopamine Creative Agency, you will lead the commercial engine for the Saudi market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signing—and shape the agency’s growth strategy across government, Vision 2030 programmes, semi‑government, defence, industrial and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across all sectors served by the agency.
• Build and maintain a structured target‑account list, prioritising by fit and deal size.
• Conduct research on organisations, decision‑makers, budget cycles and procurement processes.
• Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals and government procurement platforms (e.g., Etimad, Forsah).
• Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals in Arabic and English.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Manage client relationships from onboarding through the first 90 days and coordinate hand‑off to project delivery.
• Drive renewals, upsell opportunities and long‑term account development.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports to the Managing Director and adjust tactics to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven commercial operator with a desire for full ownership of the sales function.
• Experience selling to government entities, Vision 2030 programmes or large industrial organisations is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market trends, competitor activity and procurement cycles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership and influencing agency growth.
