Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading design and manufacturing business that delivers luxury retail environments, bespoke interiors, and high‑end fit‑out projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new doors, building strong relationships, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, commercial and entertainment sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Develop relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers and contractors.
• Lead the full business development cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation and tender submission.
• Collaborate with internal design, estimation and project teams to deliver competitive client solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report on pipeline performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of business development experience within the Saudi fit‑out, interiors or joinery industry.
• Established network across consultants, contractors, architects and developers in KSA.
• Proven track record of winning high‑value projects and developing long‑term client relationships.
• Self‑starter who enjoys generating leads and working independently.
• Commercially minded with resilience to manage long sales cycles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
