Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, industry‑savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth across the fit‑out and contracting sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This senior‑level position is ideal for a professional with a strong network and proven track record in business development within contracting or fit‑out companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit‑out and interiors market in KSA.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to convert leads into won projects.

Required profile

• Strong background in the contracting / fit‑out industry (interiors, construction, or related built‑environment sectors).
• Proven experience at a managerial level in business development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident in representing the company with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Saudi nationals strongly encouraged to apply.
