Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead land‑related development initiatives for a fast‑growing industrial park developer operating across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with government bodies and private owners to expand the company’s project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and qualify new land development opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Support acquisition, transaction and negotiation processes with private landowners and government entities.
• Conduct due diligence on land availability, legal status, feasibility and investment potential.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industrial park, logistics park and factory/warehouse planning.
• Collaborate with government agencies on land‑use planning, permitting, approvals and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across government, private sector and project partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, land acquisition, government relations or industrial development.
• Strong network and ability to engage senior government or regulatory officials.
• High sense of urgency, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑scaling environment.
