Business Development Manager – Marketing & Commercial Lead

About the role

The Business Development Manager will own the marketing and commercial mandate of Bisher & Partners, a Riyadh‑based platform supporting Saudi institutions under Vision 2030. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role drives brand positioning, market awareness, and revenue growth across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Advance and protect the brand, sharpening differentiation against established competitors.
• Translate the five‑arm offering into clear, compelling value propositions for senior institutional buyers.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and contribute personally to deliverables at the required standard.
• Direct the firm’s content, digital presence, and institutional communications.
• Build authority through thought leadership, earned media, and participation in relevant conferences and forums.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that extend the firm’s reach.
• Open new commercial channels to support pipeline development and revenue generation.
• Connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes and demonstrate return on investment to leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and commercial team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of marketing or commercial leadership experience in B2B or professional services.
• Proven ability to position complex, high‑value services to senior buyers across long, relationship‑led sales cycles.
• Demonstrated experience building differentiation against larger, better‑resourced competitors.
