Business Development Manager – Private Sector (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager – Private Sector will drive Ollen’s growth with Saudi Arabian companies. The role focuses on identifying, developing and converting opportunities across family businesses, conglomerates, retailers, FMCG groups, hospitality operators, industrial firms, developers and investment‑backed ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of new private‑sector opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Leverage existing relationships with CEOs, owners, family offices and senior executives to uncover client needs.
• Match Ollen’s strategy, growth planning, brand development, customer‑experience, retail and commercial design, packaging, digital platforms and execution supervision services to those needs.
• Initiate senior‑level conversations and position Ollen as a practical partner for transformation, differentiation or market expansion.
• Collaborate with Ollen’s leadership and delivery teams to shape proposals, scopes of work, credentials and commercial offers.
• Own the full business‑development cycle from target identification to proposal coordination and qualification.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience (minimum 48 months) in business development or commercial leadership within the Saudi private sector.
• Strong market access and commercial maturity with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated success in building and converting relationships with family businesses, conglomerates and high‑growth companies.
