Business Development & Marketing Manager – Luxury Design, Fit‑Out & Furniture

About the role

FEIZO DESIGN, a premier luxury interior design and fit‑out firm in Saudi Arabia, seeks a commercially driven Business Development & Marketing Manager. The role combines strategic market development, lead generation, and brand positioning to secure high‑value design, fit‑out, furniture and turnkey projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, corporate and real‑estate sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified projects from prospecting to signed contracts, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with architects, developers, consultants, hotel operators and other industry stakeholders.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, paid, content, PR, events) to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
• Manage campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, website, email and other channels, monitoring performance, ROI and conversion metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track the full funnel from awareness to contract, and produce regular reports on leads, opportunities and pipeline value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, marketing or sales, with at least 5 years in the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in generating qualified leads and closing high‑value interior‑design or fit‑out projects.
• Existing network of developers, architects, consultants, hospitality operators or government entities is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with a valid transferable Iqama.
