About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development and Recruitment Consultant to join Halian in Riyadh. You will help build exceptional teams for leading organisations across Saudi Arabia, combining client relationship development with talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

Develop and grow client relationships throughout Saudi Arabia.
Sign up and onboard new clients, expanding Halian’s market presence.
Identify, attract and place talent across technology and professional services sectors.
Achieve and exceed recruitment and revenue targets.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruitment.
Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
Commercially minded, driven and motivated.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

Agency recruitment techniques.
Client acquisition and onboarding.
Revenue generation and target achievement.
