Business Development Specialist (Creative Sector)

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive Qureos Inc’s expansion in the creative, events and marketing services sector across the MENA region. The role focuses on identifying high‑growth opportunities, building a B2B pipeline from scratch and securing strategic partnerships that translate creative concepts into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across MENA, targeting high‑growth sectors.
• Build and manage a robust B2B client pipeline, guiding leads through the sales funnel to closure.
• Develop data‑driven pitch decks and tailored proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with local and international partners to maximize profitability.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with universities, government bodies and private organisations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and spot emerging trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns and event concepts support business development goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development or account management within creative or luxury industries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong strategic vision to turn creative ideas into actionable business plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
