Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and support our market expansion. The role combines market research, proposal preparation, and close coordination with internal technical teams to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth channels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor public and private sector tenders and pursue relevant opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and business discussions.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through contract award.
• Report on pipeline status, performance indicators, and business opportunity metrics.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or technology sales.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of technology solutions, enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
