About the role

Sabbar Marketing Agency, a leading marketing solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its portfolio of international clients and partners. The role focuses on creating and managing growth opportunities within the Saudi market while maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies targeting international clients operating in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and nurture relationships with international clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Provide market insights and analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the agency and international clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare business proposals and reports in both English and Arabic.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably with an international focus.
• Experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.
