Regional Sales Manager – Construction Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Construction Equipment business for Al-Futtaim Automotive in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, revenue and gross margin across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Construction Equipment and achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly and monthly and take timely corrective actions.
• Maximise stock availability and support sales campaigns to manage over‑stock inventory.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting that delivers clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Work closely with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are targeted and effective.

Required profile

• A degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering or Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within construction equipment or related sectors.
