Business Development Specialist – Luxury Fit‑out & Interior Design

About the role

FEIZO DESIGN is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the luxury fit‑out and interior design market across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work on‑site to identify high‑value opportunities, build strategic relationships, and translate client visions into profitable projects for our design studio and wood factory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure high‑value contracts for luxury fit‑out and interior design projects.
• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with real‑estate developers, hotel groups, and other key decision‑makers.
• Represent FEIZO DESIGN at elite industry events, private delegations, and networking forums.
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights on Saudi mega‑projects and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to align client expectations with deliverable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the fit‑out and interior design sectors, specifically within the luxury segment.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality, commercial, and residential markets in Saudi Arabia.
• Established network of contacts (“Golden Book”) among developers, investors, and decision‑makers.
• Strong negotiation abilities and an authoritative communication style.
