Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager leads all business operations, growth, and delivery activities within the assigned country, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence while aligning local activities with regional and global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and performance within the assigned country.
• Drive revenue growth, business development, and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and government stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic pursuits in the local market.
• Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets.
• Align country operations with regional/global strategy and governance frameworks.
• Lead and develop local teams across consulting, operations, and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to regional/global leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10‑15+ years of experience in consulting, business leadership, or senior management roles.
• Proven experience in P&L management and driving business growth.
• Strong network within the local market, especially with government and enterprise sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
