Business Development Team Lead

About the role

The Business Development Team Lead supports commercial and business development functions by analysing processes, identifying revenue opportunities and managing essential documentation. The role bridges technical and commercial knowledge, providing analytical insights and ensuring compliance with quality, HSE and social standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development activities for infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities with government entities, developers, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Lead opportunity qualification, market intelligence and client engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Proposal, Engineering and Operations teams throughout the bid and project acquisition process.
• Achieve business development objectives and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline).
• Minimum 7 years of business development experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of securing infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network with government authorities, developers, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
