Business Director – B2C Sales Lead for Saudi Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Manager to build and lead our sales team in the Saudi market. You will own the end‑to‑end conversion of leads generated through paid advertising and influencer channels, driving monthly GMV and sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales plans aligned with Saudi market targets, translating GMV and order volume into team and individual goals.
• Own sales forecasting, performance reviews and manage the full sales funnel from lead allocation to payment conversion.
• Recruit, train, certify and schedule local sales representatives, establishing SOPs, call scripts and coaching routines.
• Track and analyse funnel metrics by source, salesperson and stage, continuously improving scripts and follow‑up cadence.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Payment and Customer Service teams to feedback on lead quality and resolve issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience with at least 2 years managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in online education or language‑learning sales within the Saudi market.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full Lead → Consultation → Trial → Quotation → Payment process with measurable results.
• Fluent Arabic and proficient English, based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia or Jordan.
