Business Manager – Hospitality Projects

About the role
The Business Manager will drive the growth of hotel, hospitality, residential and commercial projects that require hotel locking systems across the Saudi region. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and key stakeholders, ensuring projects move from concept to award while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and secure hotel and hospitality projects from early stage through tender and award.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators, consultants and contractors.
- Manage projects from initial engagement through contract signing, delivery and after‑sales support.
- Coordinate with headquarters technical, solution, pricing and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits and industry events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the hospitality or related sectors.
- Strong relationship‑building and account‑management capabilities.
- Ability to manage projects end‑to‑end and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
