Business Support System Specialist

About the role
KGDR Consultants is hiring two Business Support System Specialists to join the PMIS Phase 2 program for the Ministry of Culture in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering user support, managing tickets, and coordinating testing activities for enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line user support and manage the ticketing system for the PMIS platform.
- Classify issues, track resolution progress, and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect reporting.
- Deliver end‑user training and create supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with business units to understand processes and align system functionality.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in user support or help‑desk environments.
- Proven experience in ticket management and issue classification.
- Hands‑on involvement in UAT coordination and end‑user training.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Good understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
