About the role

Roche is looking for a Business Value Partner in Riyadh to drive value maximisation of strategic products and portfolios, translating market insights into actionable strategies and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end tender management, ensuring seamless quotation, delivery, and collection processes.
• Strengthen Roche’s corporate reputation across assigned ecosystems.
• Contribute to demand forecasting and ensure timely medication delivery.
• Monitor broker activity, minimise parallel trade, and track non‑recoverable sales.
• Lead portfolio sales planning, on‑time deliveries and financial security for accounts.
• Analyse product performance and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure supply and operational excellence by minimising penalties, expiries and delays.
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and support logistics needs.
• Lead market pricing updates and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or tender management.
• BSc in Pharmacy or MBA preferred; CCXA Academy is desirable.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes and governance.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and management.
• VACC mindset with focus on adding value and driving collaboration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent business acumen, particularly in tender management.
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools to enhance productivity.
