Territory Lead – Sports Medicine (Central Region)

About the role
The Territory Lead will drive growth for Stryker's Endoscopy and Sports Medicine division across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, working in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers, tracking market trends and competitor activity.
- Execute sales activities to meet regional targets, prepare sales reports, and plan customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Manage tender processes, coordinate material delivery, installation, and post‑sales training, and support logistics as needed.
- Handle billing, collections, and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant departments.
- Prepare congress and demo materials, ensure proper sterilization, and support scientific requests with the marketing team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related field.
- 2‑3 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar role.
- Experience in Sports Medicine; endoscopy experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
