About the role

As a Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, you will deliver bespoke, intuitive service that reflects the resort’s mindfulness and wellbeing philosophy. You act as a trusted ambassador, anticipating guest needs from pre‑arrival through departure and ensuring every interaction embodies empathy, integrity, and serenity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless, personalized service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Anticipate preferences, arrange VIP arrivals, special amenities, and in‑room setups with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Culinary, Front Office, and other departments to fulfill requests promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professional discretion at all times.
• Ensure guest areas and rooms are ready before arrival and keep guest profiles up‑to‑date.
• Manage in‑room dining coordination and private experience setups.
• Communicate effectively across teams, report feedback, maintenance issues, or service gaps.
• Uphold Miraval’s standards of mindfulness, empathy, and respect in appearance and conduct.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably as a Butler or in Guest Relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Arabic and additional languages a plus).
• Strong organizational and anticipatory abilities with a genuine passion for service and wellbeing.
