Butler (Saudi National)

About the role

The Butler will report directly to the Fairmont Head Butler and will be responsible for delivering a highly personalized, professional service to guests staying at Raffles Makkah Palace. This role requires anticipating guest needs, coordinating in‑suite services, and ensuring every request is fulfilled with the utmost attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Identify and anticipate guests’ needs, providing personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Deliver food and beverage service in‑suite as required.
• Assist guests with planning and arranging activities, transportation, and other requests.
• Follow up on all guest requests to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of in‑suite technology, amenities, and functions.
• Provide clear information about hotel facilities and services.
• Adhere to department policies, procedures, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑related experience is an asset.
• Professional presentation and outstanding guest‑service skills.
• Sophisticated verbal and communication abilities.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications (asset).
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.
