CAFM Operator – Asset Management & Maintenance

About the role

The CAFM Operator will support our facilities team by maintaining accurate asset information in our Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This full‑time, onsite position is based at our Riyadh headquarters and ensures that preventive and reactive maintenance activities are properly recorded and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate asset records in the CAFM/CMMS, following company procedures.
• Enter asset data and planned maintenance schedules into the database.
• Generate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders according to the maintenance program.
• Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff when issues arise.
• Verify data records for accuracy, legibility and completeness.
• Auto‑generate and analyse reporting data on PPM and RM activities.
• Produce periodic client reports on maintenance performance.
• Sort, classify, file and retrieve information in accordance with the company filing system.
• Document material movements using the computer system.
• Communicate status of work orders via the Help Desk to customers and internal teams.
• Monitor work schedules and follow up to close completed tasks in the system.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CAFM, CMMS or facilities data management.
• Education: at least high‑school level (XII standard) or higher.
• Ability to speak the local language and read/write English.
