CAMO Engineer

About the role

The CAMO Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance is performed by authorised organisations, complies with approved aircraft maintenance data and the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP), and meets continuous airworthiness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that modifications, repairs and all maintenance actions are carried out to approved standards.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance, application of airworthiness directives, service bulletins and replacement of life‑limited parts.
• Manage and declare all continuing airworthiness records, including mass‑and‑balance statements.
• Maintain the relationship with the Maintenance Organisation and Airbus Saudi Ltd‑CAMO.
• Analyse service bulletins, configuration control board (CCB) decisions and technical delays.
• Supervise Hold Item List (HIL) and Pending Item List (PIL) and ensure proper reporting to authorities.
• Produce reliability documentation and oversee damage‑chart updates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance programmes, airworthiness directives and service bulletins.
• Experience with continuous airworthiness management and record keeping.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance organisations and regulatory authorities.
• Attention to detail for defect rectification and compliance reporting.
