Continuous Improvement Manager - Quality

About the role

Continuous Improvement Manager – Quality is responsible for assuring quality by developing, implementing and maintaining Almarai’s quality objectives. The role identifies, initiates and manages continual improvement projects to maximise operational performance and ensures that the latest techniques and sampling regimes meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP and AIB standards.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop, monitor and evaluate Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
